Board of Management

The responsibility of the Board is to ensure the school is run in a satisfactory manner. Its members comprise of teaching staff, parents and the school’s Trustees.

The Board of Management strives to ensure that Loreto Community School is continually progressing and always providing the highest standard of education.


Parents / Guardians

Today education involves a partnership between parents and school. Your interest, support, co-operation and goodwill are vital in creating conditions which allow your son/ daughter to succeed in school. We value our students and therefore strive to create as many opportunities as possible to help them develop their own individual talents, aptitudes and abilities. We appreciate the trust you place in us by sending your son/daughter to our school and will work together in the best interests of the education of each of them. Should a problem or concern arise, the early involvement of a Parent/Guardian normally results in a more satisfactory outcome.

Loreto has an active Parents Association and welcomes the involvement and co-operation of Parents/Guardians. There are two parent representatives on the Board of Management and they liaise with parents via the Parents Association.
